The ISA & Tullamore Show presents the following:
RULES & CONDITIONS:
Each exhibitor is to bake all items using recipes found on the Odlums website, & Odlums products must be used. Please see items below:

1. Items are to be displayed on individual plates (3-tiered plates can be used for the smaller items) to enhance presentation, & each exhibitor will be allocated their own space (trays optional) on a base 24” square.
2. Points will be awarded for taste, texture, appearance of baked items & presentation.
3. The competition is confined to amateurs, with one entry per exhibitor at the final.
4. The items must be fresh & home-baked by the exhibitor.
5. In the event of a signed & written objection & following an investigation, if the exhibitor is deemed to be making their living from their profession, they may be disqualified.
6. A special class will be held at each qualifying show. Two entries may qualify from these shows for the final if judges & ISA agree that the standard is high enough. The qualifiers from each of these shows will go forward to the final, to be held at Tullamore Show on Sun, Aug 9th.
7. Non-adherence to tray sizes will lead to elimination of the exhibit.
8. All items will be cut and/or sampled by the judge.
9. Each of the successful qualifiers will receive a hamper containing Odlums products upon appearing at the final.
10. Certificates will be awarded to the finalists
11. The judge’s decisions at all stages of the competition ARE FINAL.
12. Exhibits are displayed at the owner's risk.
13. These rules should be read with the ISA Rules. The marquee opens from 7.30am on the morning of the show & will be closed for judging at 10am sharp. The marquee will open to the public at 12 noon, & exhibits may not be removed before 5pm.
PRIZES: 1st €300 + Trophy – Goods in kind – 2nd €200 plus Goods in kind – 3rd €100 Goods in kind: 4th €60 - 5th €60 - 6th €60 - 7th €60 - 8th €60 Entry Fee To Final: €6 QUALIFYING SHOWS. Adamstown, Armagh, Ballyfoyle, Ballymoney, Bonniconlon, Bridgetown, Carnew, Carbery, Castlerea, Castlewellan, Clogher Valley, Cork, Corofin, Corrandulla, Crossmolina, Dunmanway, Ennistymon, Flavours of Fingal, Granard, Gorey, Longford, Loughrea, Manorhamilton, Mullingar, Nobber, Omagh, Riverstown, Saintfield
Special prizes for Homemade Brown Soda Cake
Classes 30-58 will compete for the Mary Timmins Memorial Perpetual Trophy, to be awarded by the judge & presented by the Timmins Family.
1st Prize: €15, 2nd Prize: €10; 3rd Prize: €5.
No entries permitted on day of event.
