THE ISA & TULLAMORE SHOW SOCIETY PRESENTS
RULES & CONDITIONS
1. This competition is to encourage growers to exhibit produce from their own kitchen garden.
2. In this competition, the produce should be the property of & be grown by the exhibitor.
3. Each exhibit must consist of a display of fruit & vegetables, excluding potatoes.
4. Not fewer than 7 kinds
5. Not more than 10. Foliage & root growth may be trimmed for display purposes, & herbs may be included.
6. The veg & fruit should be displayed within an area not larger than 610mm x 610mm (24 x 24") & a height not exceeding 90cm (3ft).
7. However, foliage & roots may extend beyond that boundary but not rest on the show bench.
8. Marquee is open from 7.30 am on show morning & will be closed for judging at 10 am sharp. Marquee will open to the public at noon.
9. Exhibits cannot be removed before 5.00 pm.
THE COMPETITION WILL BE JUDGED AS FOLLOWS:
Variety: 25 points
Condition & quality: 50 points. Overall presentation & attractiveness: 25 points
Prizes: 1st €250, 2nd €150, 3rd €100, 4th €75, 5th €50, 6th €25.
Entry Fee: €6 to Final.

FINAL: TULLAMORE & FBD NATIONAL LIVESTOCK SHOW Sun 10th Aug 2025

**Entries will not be taken on the day.**
All exhibitors must pay at the gate.
First-prize winners from Classes 77-95 will compete for the Betty Porter Perpetual Cup, which will be awarded by the judge.
1st Prize: €15, 2nd Prize: €10, 3rd Prize: €5.
No entries permitted on day of event.
